Cheyenne Frontier Days, Inc., the world’s greatest Western Celebration, is hiring for an Assistant Manager for our Ticket Office. Candidates should be highly motivated and organized with an ability to work well in a fast paced, demanding environment. This position assists in the daily operation of the Ticket Office, including preparing reports, financial reconciliations and training of other staff. Applicants should possess good computer skills, as well as excellent written & verbal communication skills. Candidates should demonstrate that they have a minimum of two years experience in management, sales, customer service, cash handling, and problem solving in a sales environment. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, however an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or computer science is preferred.
