Our Kids’ Saturday Art Workshop series is a chance to promote art education and Western history throughout the year. In these two-hour sessions, kids have the opportunity to work with artists and create projects in the middle of the Museum’s Carriage Hall. The projects change for every workshop to keep returning kids engaged!
Join us October 20, 2018 for the first Fall Saturday Art Workshop. The Saturday Art Workshops are a fun two hours making arts and crafts while learning some Wyoming and Cheyenne history at the same time.
Be sure to wear your favorite cowboy boots to this first one! We will be reading the children’s book The Magic Boots by Scott Emerson and illustrated by Howard Post, and then we will decorate our own magic boots. We are excited to see where these boots take the attendees.
Cost is $5 for members and $10 for non-members.
