Season Tickets
Purchase using the Season Ticket Order
Form.
Season Tickets may be purchased on a renewal basis by patrons seeking to attend
Cheyenne Frontier Days on specific days or nights of the week. The deadline for
the Cheyenne Frontier Days Season Ticket program is November 1 of each year.
Season Tickets may be ordered for a single performance of either night show or daytime
rodeo. Tickets are assigned on a best-available basis, closest to patron request.

Frequently Asked Questions About Group Sales
- How many people do I need to get a discount on tickets?

All you need is a group of 15 or more people for any one rodeo to be able to receive
discounted tickets to Cheyenne Frontier Days. Your group can be made up of friends,
family, co-workers or anyone else that you know. The only requirement is that the
entire ticket order is placed at the same time with one contact and one method of
payment.
- Can I receive a discount on rodeo tickets and concerts?

Rodeo tickets may be purchased at a discount. We also offer a combo ticket consisting
of admission to the rodeo and the evening entertainment on the same night. Concert
tickets purchased without a daytime rodeo ticket are not eligible for a discount.
- How much is the discount?

Orders of 15 tickets or more will receive a $3 discount per rodeo ticket. Combo
tickets for rodeo and evening events will receive a $5 discount.
- Do I get any complimentary tickets with my order?

As a Group Leader, you will receive 1 comp ticket for every 15 tickets that you
purchase.
- Can I split the ticket order between different events?
-
Discounted Group Tickets may be purchased for multiple events on different days.
However, a minimum of 15 tickets must be ordered for each rodeo in order to qualify
for the discount.
- How much is the deposit and when should I send it in?

A refundable $100 deposit is required at the time you place the Group reservation.
- When is the final payment due?
-
Final payment is required before tickets can be released. Once the number of people
in your group is finalized, you should contact CFD's Ticket Office at (800) 227-6336
to determine the amount due on your order. Payment may be made over the phone by
credit or you can mail a check to the Ticket Office. All Group Ticket reservations
must be paid by June 1. After that date, group sales ticket orders will be taken
with full payment only.
- How do I place my order?

Simply fill out the form with as much information as possible and fax, or mail it
to CFD. You may also call the Ticket Office directly at 800-227-6336, or visit our
website at www.cfdrodeo.com and submit your order there. You will be contacted by
the Ticket Office to confirm the details of your order.
- Where will my seats be located? Can my Group sit together?

The seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis so it's important to
turn in your order early to receive the best possible seats. The Ticket Office will
work to seat your entire Group in the same area, but it will depend on if there
are enough seats available in the section you have requested.
- Can I cancel my order or get a refund?

Reservations may be changed at any time before the final ticket quantities are confirmed.
Tickets are subject to availability so it's important to notify the Ticket Office
as soon as possible if additional tickets are needed. Once tickets are paid for
and issued, refunds are not permitted. Deposits can be refunded before the due date
of your payment.
- Do I need tickets for any children in my group?

All persons over 2 years old will be charged full admission (less applicable discounts).
- Do you provide tickets on consignment?

We do not handle consignment tickets at this time. If you have an unusual situation
regarding your reservation or payment, please contact our Ticket Office for assistance.
- Do you offer parking for people with Group Tickets?

Groups traveling by bus or motorcoach receive free parking. The Group Leader will
receive one shuttle parking pass for every twenty tickets purchased. For those arriving
in their own vehicles, public parking is provided. Please see
Parking Information.
- Do you have food available? Can we bring our own food into the park?

Food coupons for use within the park are available. Contact the Ticket Office for
more information. Outside food and picnics are not permitted on the CFD grounds.
