Championship Bull Riding returns to Cheyenne Frontier Days to crown the 2018 CBR World Champion bull rider with a $100,000 check. Bull riding icon Tuff Hedeman presides over the action matching the best riders to the industry’s best bucking bulls. Six time World Champion Sage Kimzey broke all CBR records in 2017 when he won an unprecedented third CBR World title.

Known as The Real Cowboy Sport, CBR is dedicated to preserving and promoting the very best elements of the sport – strength, stamina, and integrity – while providing five rounds of non-stop heart pounding entertainment in an arena designed exclusively for CFD that gives fans an up close experience.

The 2018 CBR World Finals is also the stage for the CBR Bull Team Challenge, a three bull format competition for stock contractors featuring the best bucking bulls competing for cash and prizes including stock trailers, saddles, and buckles. The reigning 2017 World Champion Bull Team is the partnership of Terry Williams, Justin Freeman and Colby Pepper who took home the $100,000 bonus check in July.

At the end of the two night competition over half million dollars will be paid to bull riders and bull team owners making it one of the richest competitions in bull riding. CBR’s tours are featured nationwide with the Road to Cheyenne airing on Fox Sports in prime time.  Follow the Real Cowboy Sport on; Facebook at Championship Bull Riding; @cbrbull on Twitter; and CBRBull on Instagram.
