The Contestants Committee is responsible for producing the rodeo, including contracting everything from livestock to feed, clowns and bullfighters to judges and secretaries, and announcers and sound to track acts and chute bosses. They also work with contestant entries, running the cowboy feed, providing stalls for the horses, drawing stock and positions, paying out winnings. PRCA and WPRA approvals are secured by the committee. The committee also coordinates the annual cattle drive and the Professional Bull Riders tour stop in Cheyenne.
